Rose, of Cashalton, deceased : the chief of which was painted expressly for Mr. Rose by Wilson : an original portrait of Joseph Sharpe, Esq. by Sir Joshua Reynolds : a sea-scape by Calcott : the detected correspondence, and a portrait of his late mother, by Opie : and various by A. Kauffman, West, Stothard, Wheatley, Ward, Glover, Barker, Westall, Morland, Arnold, and some fine drawings in water colours by Glover, Turner, Copley Fielding, Reinagle, Robson, Nicholson, Munn, and P. Sandby : which will by sold by auction, by Mr. Christie, at his great room, 8, King Street, St. James's Square, on Saturday, May the 30th, 1829, precisely at one o'clock : may be viewed two days preceding, and catalogues had at Mr. Christie's office, King Street, St. James's Square.
