Script: Gothic textualis.
Layout: written in 2 columns of 32 lines, frame-ruled. Marginal annotation on verso, line 26.
Decoration: five 2-line initials on recto, four on verso, written in gold on pink and blue grounds embellished with white penwork; also on verso, two 1-line initials in gold and four in blue; one gold initial is framed with green flourish along border, and blue initials are framed with red penwork. Rubricated in red ink.
Text on recto: "futuram certissime scim[us]....concepcio gl[ori]ose. co[n]cepc[i]o"
Text on verso: "est hodie. Regali ex....-no[rum] nobilissimam. cu[m]"
