BAC PA2075 .S736: The first of eight early-16th century tracts on grammar, bound together. The volume is annotated on the front flyleaf (in three separate hands): "Iste liber pertinet ad petru marti"; "Lionel Tollemache, 1621"; "This book is in [the] original binding. I found it amongst my old books at Helmingham, 1727." The last note is probably by Lionel Tollemache, 4th Earl of Dysart. Bound in contemporary vellum. The two vellum flyleaves at end are from a 14th-century grammatical manuscript in verse. -
