Campbell, T. New light on the Jansson-Visscher maps of New England (Map Collectors' Circle, no. 24), no. 23, plate XVI
"This is smaller than the Jansson prototype [i.e., Jansson's Belgii Novi, 1651] but the scale remains the same and the map stops off short to the west and south, mainly affecting Virginia. It is in appearance very similar to the prototype as it has no view of New York and little decoration."--Campbell. -
