BAC: British Art Center copy: Mock-vellum white quarter boards, and calico-texture green cloth covers; stamped in gilt on front and back covers, gold lettering on front cover, top edge gilt. Half-title, color frontispiece, title-page, 9 plates of color halftone-photoengravings mounted on stiff paper leaves, 46 photolithographs in text. Each color plate is covered by a tissue guard-sheet on which is printed the title of the illustration. Plates and text illustrations by Lionel Edwards. Number 35 of 85 copies, signed by the author. Spine height: 12 3/4 inches. -
