"This book was printed by Robert Gibbings at the Golden Cockerel Press, Waltham Saint Lawrence, Berkshire and completed on the 20th day of March, 1929. The decorations are by Eric Gill. For this edition of Edward Arber's reprint of Abraham Veale's second edition (1556) has been used and carefully collated with the second edition in the Bodleian Library. Compositors: A.H. Gibbs & F. Young. Pressman: A.C. Cooper. The edition is limited to 500 numbered copies."--Colophon.
