"Produced and published by Christopher Sandford and Owen Rutter at the Golden Cockerel Press, London, on Arnold's mould-made paper in Perpetua type, and finished on the 1st day of June, 1944. The edition is limited to 500 numbered copies. Nos. 1-50 are specially bound and contain collotype reproductions from six of the letters."--Colophon.
The letter reproductions in the first 50 copies comprise 8 pages, inserted between pages [4] and 5.
