Spine height: 8 1/4 inches. Dark green quarter morocco, and light green cloth slip-case; gold lettering on spine. Frontispiece, pictorial title-page, title-page, 14 plates of hand-colored aquatints, 1 plate of a hand-colored etching, publisher's ads. Plates, illustrations and etchings by Henry Alken. Spine height: 9 inches. Note: Although this is the second edition, it is the first edition to be illustrated by Alken.
