BAC: British Art Center copy bound in publisher's original printed wrappers, with advertisements on pages - of wrappers. The plates are uncolored. Accompanied by seven extra copies of the plates. Four (ash, fir, lopped elm, willow) are uncolored and lack the Ackermann imprint. The remaining three (ash, fir, willow) bear the Ackermann imprint and are hand-colored.
