W. Stevens, D. D. deceased, eminently distinguished for his refined taste in the polite arts : the drawings consist of chef d'oeuvres of the following esteemed and admired Masters, viz. : Zuccarelli, M. Ricci, Goupy, Rosalby, Pococke, Clerisseau, Cipriani, Bartolozzi, Barnett, P. Sandby, Wilson, Cozens, Taverner, &c. : also three capital drawings, in bistre, fancy subjects, by Mr. West : which (by order of the executrix) will be sold by auction by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, Pall Mall, on Friday, November 28th, 1800, at one o'clock : may be viewed two days preceding the sale, when catalogues may be had.
