A catalogue of a small but capital, select, and highly valuable assemblage of Italian, French, Flemish, and Dutch pictures, of distinguished merit : the genuine property of, and purchased at a most liberal expence, by Sir Richard Sullivan, Bart. dec. : comprising the Daughter of Herodias by Titan, from the Doria Palace : Jupiter and Semele, J. Romano, from the Orleans Collection : the Temptation of Sir Francis, L. Caracci : a Madona, Murillo : Virgin and Child, Marinari : Head of Grotius, Rubens : and the Woodcutters, in a noble landscape, Teniers : and others by P. Veronese, Caravaggio, Albano, S. Rosa, Claude, Gaspar, Van Bloemen, Rembrandt, Flinck : which (by order of the executors,) will be sold by auction by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, Pall Mall, on Saturday, April 9th, 1808, at twelve o'clock.
