A catalogue of a valuable assemblage of pictures, drawings and studies by that ingenious and very admired artist, R. Freebairn, Esq. Dec. : consisting of two grand landscapes, composed in fine classic taste, sundry sketch books, copper plate and impressions, &c. : also a few high finished drawings and pictures, of R. Cleveley, Esq. Dec. : the valuable collection of crayon paintings, miniatures, pictures in oil, &c. of Ozias Humphreys, Esq. R.A. Dec. : among the pictures are an original picture, Head of Christ, by Fra: Bartolomeo : a portrait of Pope Paul the IIId by Titian : and several copies of celebrated pictures made by Mr. Humphreys during the course of his studies in Italy : also a few valuable reserved sketches and finished pictures, by that much admired artist, George Romney, Esq. Dec. : among the finished pictures are, Sir Isaac Newton contemplating the Phenomena of the Prism : Ophelia : Titania : and Dying Damsel : and a few fine Italian, French, Flemish and Dutch pictures : which will be sold by auction by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, Pall Mall, on Friday, June 2th, 1810, at one o'clock precisely.
