Menu from a dinner held at Limmer's Hotel for the King's Hussars, 1 Juin, 1885. Printed in red in on beige cardstock. Royal insignia of The King Hussars printed in blue at top.
The eleven courses comprise: "Hor d'OEuvre, Tortue Claire, Saumon Grillé à la Norvégienne, Filet de Soles à la Hollandaise, Whitebait, Côtelettes d'Agneau à la Zingari, Chandfroid de Foie Gras aux Truffles, Poulardes braisé à la Financière, Langue à l"Ecarlate, Salade de Tomates, Hanch de Venaison, Haricots, Verts, Tranches de Jambon au Madère, Ponche à l'Ecarlate, Cailles aux feuilles de Vigne, Asperges en branches à l'huile, Gelée aux Fraises à la Victoria, Crème de Groseilles Verts glacé en Caisses, Canapés à la Sardinienne, Dessert."
