The design is unsigned, but probably by K.M. Adelman.
BAC: British Art Center copy housed with a second BOAC fan (HE9843.B76 F3 1960a).
The slogan "B.O.A.C. Speedbird routes across the world" appears across the top of the fan front. The design of the front includes a world map with indications of B.O.A.C. Speedbird routes. The design also incorporates small illustrations of New York City, a warrior figure (in Africa), an elephant (in the vicinity of India), Mount Fuji, and Tower Bridge.
