Catalogue of a collection of drawings and pictures, the property of Mr. Thomas Miller ... : amongst which will be found good specimens of Teniers, Cuyp, Wouvermans, Wynants, Lawrence, Armitage, Lance, Armfield, Taylor, Stanfield, Salvator Rosa, Carlo Maratti, Heemskirk, Van Goyen, Northcote, Corbould, Niemann, Hilder, Noble, Rippingille, Quentin Matsys Guercino, Morland, Snyders, Kidd, Winterhalter, Jackson, Ryder, Collins, Muller : also, a fine head of Sir Thomas Lawrence, painted shortly before his death by Jackson, R.A. : and the paintings, in silica colours, exhibited at the Crystal Palace, in 1851, by Mr. Miller, and which received honorable mention from the Royal Commission : which will be sold by auction, by Messrs. Christie and Manson, 8, King Street, St. James's Square, on Monday, July 12, 1853, at one o'clock precisely.
