Imprint date from Prideaux, Sarah Treverbian. Aquatint engraving. London . Thomas Sutton, in The Daniells. London , says that a copy with two less plates (and two different plates) was published between 1827 and 1830. The Library of Congress has catalogued another copy and assigned the date [1814?] although the author was not elected into full membership in the Royal Academy until 1822. The British Art Center has a copy of the t.-p. and many of the plates in proof state, dated on t.-p. June 1828.
