Description based on volumes at the Yale Center for British Art. YCBA holdings include 2 volumes (unnumbered), with identical cover titles. The first volume is entirely engraved; some plates are signed J. or Josh. Fussell, and three are after Le Brun. One plate in this volume is dated 1832. The second volume is entirely lithographed; all plates are unsigned and undated.
BAC: British Art Center copy (both volumes) bound in publisher's original red quarter roan and green cloth, with title stamped in gilt on front cover. Volume 1 with the bookplate of Pickford Waller, 1908. Volume 2 has autograph: Galabeie (?).
Drawing manuals for children. Subject include rural scenes, farm animals, cottages, human figures, as well as childrens' toys, windows, a cricket bat, shuttlecock, kite and arrow, watering can, flowerpots, and bellows.
