Annotated on front pastedown: HOC libro elegantissimo Robertum Taylor M.D. donavit illustrissimus Comes de Burlington, artium politiorum et praecipue architectionicae, cujus primas ei deferunt omnes, non tantum munificentissimus sed etiam scientissimus patronus.
