The leaves of plates comprise: Boussole des vents ... (1 leaf); 18 prints of ships; 37 maps on 61 leaves. Twenty-four of the maps are printed across facing leaves, folded at the inner margin.

Mor 7): [1] preceded by the allegorical engraved title page that also appeared with Le Neptune françois; [2] includes a 19th engraving of ships: "Solemnité du Bucentaure qui se célèbre à Venise le jour de l'Ascension" with reference to a different publication ("Tome 1, pag. 266"); the 25th map varies, titled in Dutch "Paskaert vande Caspise Zee" (1 leaf). Plates are hand-colored.
