The slide-out box in which this book was issued is gone. Half-title, color frontispiece, title-page, 1 plate of a color halftone-photoengraving, 103 plates of halftone-photoengravings (47 are printed on both sides), 1 line-photoengraving on title-page, 5 photolithographic maps printed in red on yellow paper.
