Some editions of Evans's General map were published by Franklin and Hall.
Published also in the third edition of his "Lewis Evans his map of the middle British colonies in America." For the convenience of owners of the second edition, this separate pamphlet was issued with a third edition half-title and title appended for use when rebinding the second edition with the "Additional notes" prefixed.
