Plates glued together to form a single folded plate bound as a frontispiece. Plates are hand colored.
At front is a catalog of advertisement for books published by Thomas Hurst, consisting of a titlepage dated 1833, 1-23 pages with the verso if the final page blank. At the foot of p. 23 is the imprint, "Printed by Thomas Richardson, Derby."
