Half-title, color frontispiece, title-page, plate of a color photolithograph, 12 plates of photolithographs, 7 plates of halftone-photoengravings. All of the plates of halftone-photoengravings, except the final one, are printed on both sides. All photolithographs by Lionel Edwards. Inscribed by the author and Steve Donoghue to R.C. Budby (?). Spine height: 8 3/4 inches.
