BAC: British Art Center has two copies. Copy 1 is a first edition, first issue. It was first issued without the additional epistle and the "List of the Epistles." Copy 1 has the bookplate of the Earl of Ilchester. Copy 2 appears to be a second issue of the first edition, published in 1663. The order of the plates was changed and an additional epistle [40 epistles] (to Sir Peter Killigrew) was added as was a "List of the epistles": 54th-55th preliminary leaves.
