BAC Folio A 2009 36 Copy 1: Bound in maroon half morocco and brown cloth. Original printed wrapper for part no. 1 bound in and inscribed: "John Constable R. A. [and at top right] Miss Fisher, with Mr. Constable's best wishes." The plates are in various published states (from first to fourth); some of the engravings are initialled "J.C." in graphite.
BAC Folio A 2009 36 Copy 2: Bound in contemporary brown cloth with leather spine label. With the bookplate of Henry Bicknell. Autographed on title page: "John Constable, R.A." All plates are initialled "J.C." in graphite. All plates are first states, except: River Stour (3rd state of 6); A Dell (2nd state of 5); A Mill (2nd state of 5); and Weymouth (2nd state of 6).
BAC Folio A 2009 36 Copy 3: Imperfect: comprises only the 22 plates, all unbound and matted.
