The title page is engraved. Includes separate letterpress title pages for books 2-4 (Wales, Scotland and Ireland) on 3F1r, 3X1r and 3Z1r respectively, with imprints reading: "Londini Excudebat Thomas Snodham, impensis Iohannis Sudburie et Georgij Humble, 1616. Cum Priuilegio."
