BAC: British Art Center has three copies. Copy 1 is an artist's proof copy numbered A.P. 2; lacks slipcase. Copy 2 is an artist's proof copy numbered [A.P.7]. Both bound in publisher's quarter dark brown cloth and khaki papers boards. In slipcase. Copy 3 bound in publisher's wrappers. Unsigned and unnumbered.
"Previous unpublished collection of 46 poems (1964-72) printed letterpress in 12 pt Baskerville in six 8 pp sections ... 100 copies, copies 1-25 with five designs blind-embossed onto mould-made paper and sewn into hard covers; copies 25-100 with the same designs printed in relief onto Glastonbury Book paper and sewn into brown paper cover."--Cooking the books.
