British Art Center has 2 copies. The order of the preliminary leaves in vol. 1 varies between copies. In copy 1, vol. 2, the explanatory leaf to the plate showing spinning machines appears at the end of the volume; in copy 2 this leaf is bound opposite the plate. Copy 1 is imperfect: the genealogical table of Sherburne of Stonyhurst in vol. 3 wanting. Copy 2 is imperfect: the genealogy of the Earls and Dukes of Lancaster in vol. 1, the plate of Clithero and the facsimile of the inscription in Winwick Church in vol. 3, and the pedigree of the House of Stanley in vol. 4 wanting.
