The plates in copy 1 are printed in colors that differ slightly from those in other copies. In copy 1 the colored t.-p.'s are bound at the beginning of the 2d division. Copy 1 has the stamp of M. Sullivan, Art Master, Hastings & St. Leonard's School of Art. In copy 1, plate 129 appears at the end of the 4th division; in copy 2 this plate appears at the beginning of the 5th division. In copy 2 the colored t.-p.'s are bound at the end of the 5th division. Copy 2 has an additional printed t.-p. and dedicatory leaf bound at the beginning of the 2d division. Copy 2 has 2 separate leaves of advertisements at the beginning of the 5th division. Copies 3-5 are each bound in 2 volumes. Copy 3 bound by J. Wright. Copy 4 is in a publisher's binding.
