Consists of many steel-engraved vignettes of British views. Includes 6 views of the Crystal Palace at Sydenham (leaf 89), which was completed in 1854. All the vignettes are printed in reverse.
Appears to be a manufacturer's or printer's specimen catalogue.
It is unclear how the engravings would be used, although it is possible they were to decorate small wooden boxes.
