- British Art Center copy is the one described in the Grolier Club catalogue. It has 195 out of 196 leaves; the final leaf is wanting. Conjugates r3 and r6 are misbound as x3 and x6; conversely x3 and x6 are bound in place of r3 and r6.
Sometimes attributed to Henry Parker (cf. DNB & CBEL) but probably not by him (cf. STC & Richardson).
A dialogue on the Ten commandments, with an introductory section entitled "Of holy pouerte."
Colophon reads: "Here endeth a compendyouse treatyse dyalogue of Diues and Pauper ..."
