John Rocque's 26 inch to the mile, 1746 map of London, Westminster and Southwark with an index of more than 5,500 street and place names. This map is based on Rocque's original survey at the time. The first map to be based on an original survey since that of William Morgan in 1682. Commentary by Ralph Hyde.
