The images were derived from postcards collected by the artist in Germany and have inset texts, which are treated fragments of the novel 'A human document' by W.H. Mallock, and titles quoting the textual material of the Requiem itself."
"This suite ... is an edition of 50 copies signed throughout by the artist and numbered on the folio."
