Une Cascade de 5 nappes a chaque Cote du quarre fournir d'eau le Canal, Qui regne tout au tour.~"; lettered lower center to lower right below image within platemarks: "The Obelisk in the Garden at Versailles. | This Fountain is composed of 230 spouts, & rises 50 feet high: The Basin is of an oblong Square with the Corners cut off: it has a Border of | Grass & Middle is raised by 5 Steps of the same: A Cascade with 5 Falls on each Side of the Basin, fills the Canal that runs round the whole."; lettered lower center within platemarks: "Printed for John Bowles at the Black House in Cornhill."
