1. The glorious defeat of the French fleet under the command of Marshal Conslans, off Belle Isle, on the 20th of Novr. 1759 by a fleet of His Majesty's ships, under the command of the Honble. Sir Edwd. Hawke, Adml. of the Blue & Knt. of the most Honble. order of the Bath, &c. whereby they were prevented escorting a body of forces to invade the British Dominions -- 2. The defeat of a French squadron, commanded by Mons. de la Clue, off Cape Lagos, on the 18th of August 1759, by a squadron of his Majesty's ships, under the command of the Rt. Honble Edw. Boscawen, Adml. of the Blue -- 3. The brave Capt. Tyrrill in the Buckingham of 66 guns & 472 men, defeating the Florissant, Aigrete & Atlante, three French ships of war, the 3d of Novr. 1758. N.B. the Florissant 74 guns, 700 men; Aigrette 38 guns, 350 men; Atlante 28 guns, 250 men; these ships were convoying Dutch ships with provisions &c to Martinico -- 4. The glorious action off Cape Francois Octr. 21, 1757, between three English and seven French ships of war wherein the latter were entirely defeated -- 5. The gallant action off the Isle of Man, where the brave Capt. Elliott defeated & took the Marshal Belle Isle, commanded by the famous Thurot, & two other French ships of war, the 28th, of Feby. 1760 -- 6. The Monmouth of 64 guns taking the Foudroyant a French Man of War of 4 guns, on the 2th of Feby. 1758 in the Mediterranean. In this action the English had 30 kill'd (including the gallant commander) & 80 wounded, the French 50 kill'd & 150 wounded. NB. The Monmouth carried 12 & 24 pounders, the Foudroyant 24 and 42 -- 7. The engagement between two of his Majesty's ships Flamborough Capt. Kennedy, and Biddeford Capt. Skinner of 20 guns & 16 men each, & two French frigates La Malicieuse of 36 guns, and L'Omphale of 32 guns & 300 men each, on the 4th of Apr. 1760, near the Rock of Lisbon -- 8. A perspective view of the engaging, and taking, the Spanish frigates Phenix of 22 nine pounders, 157 men, & the Thetis of 18 six pounders, 5 men, with two brigs, by his Majesty's Frigate Alarm of 32 guns, Mas. Elms Esqr. commander, in sight of the Grand Fleet under the command of Adml. Pocock near Havanna -- 9. An exact representation of the attack made by the British Fleet, under the command of Adml. Keppel the 8th of April, 1761, at Port Andre, on the island of Belle Isle -- 10. A view of Roseau in the island of Dominique, with the attack made by Lord Rollo, and Sr. James Douglass in 1760 -- 11. A perspective view of entering the breach of the Moro Castle by storm the 30th of July 1762 between the hours of one & two in the afternoon -- 12. A view of the taking of Quebec, Sepr. 13th 1759, shewing the manner of debarking the English forces, & of the resolute scrambling of the light infantry up a woody precipice to dislodge the captains post, which defended a small entrenched path, through which the troops were to pass. Also, a view of the signal victory obtain'd over the French regulars, Canadians & Indians, which produc'd the surrender of Quebec.
