An account of the trial between George Earl of Essex, plaintiff, and the Hon. & Rev. Wm. Capel, defendant, before the Right Honourable Lord Ellenborough, Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench, and a special jury, at the Summer Assizes holden at Hertford, July 20th, 1809 : for trespasses committed in hunting with the Berkeley Fox-Hounds / taken by a shorthand-writer ; to which is prefixed, a report of the proceedings of the Committee of the Association, from its first institution; and of the conduct of the hunt in consequence thereof ; published for the information of the members in general of the Association : February 15th, 1810.
